i love to eat cakes... especially sponge cakes! Due to friends' influence i started to self-learn how to make cakes... i was thinking, to buy a slice of cake cost me around 6 bucks might as well i buy the ingredients to make it myself which also cost me 6 bucks too...but i can eat more than a slice and having fun at the same time... Idea!
So i started to search online for recipes and method in baking, and found out that there are actually a lot people sharing their recipe and tips on blog so I copied them, ending up setting this blog site. This site blog not only sharing my progress in baking skills, it is also my recipe bank book :)
So you can ensure that my recipes are real and tested :)
